WELCOME BACK—Trinity Rose Micro Dairy
to the market.

We will be offering a small amount of raw goats milk (for pet consumption) and in the upcoming months also raw jersey A2 milk! Coming soon Kiefer. raw cows, butter, cheeses and more. This week we have Raw Pet Milk, required labeling by the our State Regulations. Read bio. Milk has been tested and gone through the proper channels inorder to sell.

Linwood Lamb, RC Farms, Quarter Spring Farm, Triple LLL Farm and Tailwynds Farm: all have several meat options as well as some ‘Summer Specials’

From Linwood Lamb:

Weather is warming up and so are our grills. Try some lamb on the grill for 4th of July celebration or anytime this summer. All the cuts listed under Linwood Lamb work great on the grill:
Lamb Loin Chops
Lamb Rib Chops
Lamb Leg Steaks
Feta Cheese and Lamb Sliders (My girls really like these)
Ground Lamb

If you need recipes or tips on how to cook, just ask.

As a general rule, we grill all of our lamb to a 135-140 degree F internal temperature. The thinner cuts only take 6 or 8 minutes to grill.
For the thicker cuts (rib and loin chops) I split the grill in half and put all of the charcoal on one side (hot side; direct cooking) and leave the other side empty (cool side; indirect cooking). I sear the chops on the hot side for 1 min then flip them and sear the other side of the chop for 1 minute. Then I move the chops to the cool side of the grill and let them cook indirectly with the top down for another 8-10 minutes until the temperature reaches 135. Seasonings are pretty simple: salt and pepper, and maybe a little ginger.

Terry Treasures: Welcome back, she will be have some beautiful outdoor Spinners that can be used inside our outside. Watch for her updates.

We finish the cookies with a drizzle of delicious lemony icing. Sold in 6-packs.

Also new to the market is our organic blueberry sugar. It’s the perfect way to infuse scrumptious blueberry flavor into all of your baking or beverages – tea, lemonade, you name it.
We take organic raw cane sugar, freeze dried organic blueberries, then run it through the food processor until perfectly blended then jar for you.

Berea Gardens:  Market Announcement

Dear Friends,

We are 12 weeks into our 33 week market season and the consensus from our vendors is that we should take a break for this week and enjoy the 4th Holiday with the rest of you. We will not be doing a market this Wednesday, the 3rd, but will reopen on Wednesday the 10th with the addition of many of the summer items we have been looking forward to. I will email again next Sunday with the availability of eggplant, green beans, summer squash, and tomatoes to go along with the items we have posted in the last couple of weeks. We join you in celebrating this wonderful Nation this week.

Blessings,
Bob & Lynnita
